The final agreement is tailored to the approved service and quotation. The following summary communicates the standard commercial framework in plain language.
Contract Period
One academic year—from the current month to the end of the academic session—or one calendar year, as stated in the agreement.
Delivery
Standard delivery is targeted within seven working days after signing, cleared payment, and receipt of complete requirements. Customized or phased projects follow the agreed implementation schedule.
Payment
The standard term is 100% advance payment unless an alternative arrangement is expressly approved and recorded in writing.
Internal-Use Rights
After full payment, the contracting school receives continuing internal-use rights for the paid deliverables, subject to the agreement. Ownership of Globalceda’s intellectual property is not transferred.
Confidentiality & IP
DLPs, curricula, assessments, answer keys, training materials, templates, and consultancy frameworks may not be copied for external use, published, resold, sublicensed, or shared with another institution without written permission.
Customer Care
Email and WhatsApp support is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, Pakistan time, excluding notified holidays. On-site visits and out-of-scope work may be quoted separately.
Renewal
Renewal is offered through a new written quotation. Pricing may be adjusted by 10% or more where applicable because of inflation, operating costs, expanded scope, or service enhancements; the revised fee is disclosed before renewal.
Changes
Material changes to grades, subjects, boards, branches, formats, or deliverables are assessed through a written change request and may affect fees or delivery dates.
Termination
Either party may give 30 days’ written notice, subject to the executed agreement. Payment, completed work, confidentiality, intellectual-property, and continuing-use provisions remain governed by the signed contract.
Institutional Responsibility
The school provides accurate curriculum, textbook, timetable, grade, subject, and contact information; appoints an authorized coordinator; and uses all materials lawfully within the approved institution.
